Terms and Conditions for Staffing Agency Services
**Cancellation Notice**
Clients of ‘Staffing On Standby (SOS)’ are required to provide a minimum of three (3) hours of notice for the cancellation of scheduled staffing appointments. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a bill rate charge equivalent to three (3) hours for each staff member originally requested for the appointment.
**Insurance Coverage**
SOS maintains the necessary insurance coverage to protect both parties during the provision of staffing services.
- The client agrees to provide a safe and appropriate work environment for the temporary labor.
**Service Agreement**
- SOS will provide temporary labor as requested by the client for the agreed-upon duration.
- The client agrees to provide a safe and appropriate work environment for the temporary labor.
- The client is responsible for any on-site training and supervision of temporary labor.
- The client must adhere to local labor laws and regulations when employing temporary labor.
- Invoices must be paid in full upon receipt.
**Payment and Billing**
- The client agrees to pay the hourly bill rate for each staff member as agreed upon when scheduling the appointment.
- Invoices must be paid in full upon receipt.
- Any additional charges for services requested beyond the initial agreement will be billed separately.

- To cancel a scheduled appointment, the client must provide at least three (3) hours of notice.

**Liability**
- SOS assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur while temporary labor is working on the client's premises.

**Termination**
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with notice, as outlined in the agreement.
**Confidentiality**
- Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the course of this service agreement confidential.
- The client must ensure that temporary labor is not misused or subjected to unsafe or illegal working conditions.
**Client's Responsibility**
- The client is responsible for any work-related permits, licenses, and compliance with local labor laws.

**Modification of Terms**
SOS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes in writing.
